Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital: Bed Tower Replacement
Humble, Texas
This project at Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital included new construction of a 141,000 sq ft, five-story bed tower and a 10,500 sq ft mechanical penthouse. In addition, the project included construction of central utility plant facilities and infrastructure to support the new bed tower. The bed tower has 90 inpatient beds, new food services area, new cardiopulmonary department, public circulation space and MEP support space. Also included was a new parking lot with 225 spaces.
