Sarah Emich joined the mStrategic Partner’s Team in June 2023 with over 15 years of A/E/C Industry experience, specializing in MEP design and construction. Sarah provided leadership for over 5 years in market sectors ranging from healthcare, aviation, higher education, corporate commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and renovations in the Houston market.  Sarah’s depth of experience in construction is matched by her breadth of experience in the industry with former positions at consulting engineering firms, drawing on her experience in design and conceptual cost estimating knowledge for multiple project types to produce accurate and realistic budgets.

When asked what she enjoys most about the A/E/C Industry, Sarah states, “Always wanted to be an engineer and wanted to be able to see and use the results of my engineering. Loved numbers.  Knew I wanted to go into construction, so I geared my education and early career to find the best path into this industry.  Electrical engineering and construction management degrees…Interning at electrical contractor during school…MEP consulting engineer…Preconstruction engineer (conceptual thru 50% CD pricing + electrical design)…Director of Preconstruction (handling all budgets and estimating from conceptual to hard bid + electrical design + PM of early stages of project turnover)…mSP Sr PM.”

Sarah has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University with a Minor in Construction Management. Outside of the office and job site, Sarah enjoys reading in her spare time, attending concerts and supporting the Houston Astros!! Sarah is also a Volunteer/Mentor to our local youth to encourage them to pursue a career path in the Construction Industry and engaged in multiple equality advocacy and campaigns in the State of Texas.
